Fuel costs are NOT included in the rates provided. Vehicles are released on full tank and as such MUST be returned as received.

Vehicles group that are available on Chauffeur Drive, the following Driver's allowance will be payable:
- Within Nairobi: USD.15 per day
- Outside Nairobi: USD.25 per day

STEP BY STEP BOOKING GUIDE
BOOKING YOUR CAR
To make a booking visit our website
www.sunraysrentacar.com and complete our online reservation form. Alternatively, you can chat with us or even better give us a call. We will be delighted to assist you with your booking.
Please indicate the following:
- Arrival Date
- Departure Date
- Select your preferred vehicle for hire
- Fill in your Full Name and email address
- Fill in your Flight No.
COLLECTING YOUR CAR
- Provide us with your driving license and (credit card – optional)
- Check and sign your rental agreement
- Check the car for any existing damage and sign to confirm you are satisfied with the vehicle offered
- You will handed the keys and off you gooooo!!!!!
RETURNING YOUR CAR
Please be sure to return your car by the agreed time. If you wish to extend your rental, please call us a day prior to inform us. Extra hrs are chargeable after 2 hrs grace period.
- Return your keys to the agreed location
- The vehicle will be inspected for damage
- The fuel will be checked
- Payment for your total rental will be processed when you return your car
- On Location Return – at selected airports, A SunRays Rent-a-Car Agent/Representative will meet you to assist with the return process
All payment are done in advance either in cash, Mpesa pay bill, Pesa pal
